New. Year. Resolutions. Those words alone make me feel edgy. I am sure by now you all have vowed to begin certain New Year Resolutions in 2022. The most common resolution is to lose weight, to eat better, and to start working out. Well follow me and turn that resolution into a wellness, lifestyle change. Take small steps and as a team. we will all reach our fitness.
START TODAY!
Remember as beginners, try your best to commit to my everyday goals. With a little accountability you can reach new heights everyday!
1. Walk at least 10,000 steps per day! Connect to a pedometer, fitness tracker or apple watch. Trackers influence us to walk more! (Personal favorite is FITBIT)
2. Do not eat after 7pm
3. Avoid Carbs for dinner
4. Drink Water! At least 64 oz a day. Take a water bottle with you EVERYWHERE!
5. Weigh yourself in the mornings before you eat or drink
6. Take a short lunch workout/walk 20-30 mins
7. Always workout in the mornings!
8. Remember the best combo is Fruit, veggies, and lean protein
9. Ditch the Soda!
10. FIND A MENTOR!
11. DEVOTE TO NO ALCOHOL DURING THE WEEKDAY AND NO SPLURGING ON WEEKENDS.
