For the Workout-of-the-Week let's go for a race to see who can get the most steps. I am a firm believer that moving is the best way to lose weight. The way you move is irrelevant, and you have to start somewhere. So why not get up and walk, jog or run! Let's see who can reach a goal of 12,000 steps daily Mon-Sat. Above all, try to get as many steps in as possible. Stay hydrated and make healthy eating choices. Remember the 21-day No Sugar challenge starts tomorrow.
