JUST START. Reclaim your health


Do you want to be a runner? a body builder? a yoga instructor? Start now. Take small steps. Start walking daily, and slowly build up to longer lengths and steeper paths. I am in the military so of course I run, but I don't consider myself a runner. I have always wanted to be a good runner. So on days when I am struggling getting a good running stride, I just jog and I refuse to stop. Continuing to take baby steps daily will get you there. Some of the best apps that keep me motivated are Sweatcoin, Achievement and Fitbit. I started out with Fitbit back in 2016. The best part is being among a community mixed with your friends and family and everyone keeping each other accountable. Sweatcoin is my second favorite. Sweatcoin PAYS you to be fit. At a minimum all you have to do is walk. The app is designed where it only counts your outside step, and for that reason it gets you moving! You can stack up your sweatcoins and use them towards products on the site...Nike, PayPal, amazon, iPhones, TVs and more. Now the Achievement app is similar but it pays you real money!
